Mini Makers (Ages 3–5)

Mini Makers is a weekly creative studio experience designed especially for children aged 3–5 years and their grown-up.

Rather than following step-by-step instructions, children are invited to move freely around the studio, exploring materials, experimenting with ideas and creating at their own pace.

Each week the studio transforms around a new theme with four different invitations to create. Children can spend the whole session at one table, visit every station or return to their favourites. There is no right order and no expectation that everyone makes the same thing.

Every session includes...

🎨 Paint & Process
Explore paint, printmaking, mark making and different art materials.

✂️ Build & Create
Create with cardboard, collage materials, sculpture, construction and open-ended making.

🖐 Explore
Sensory invitations using clay, playdough, loose parts and small world play.

🌟 Our Giant Installation
Every can help decorate a giant installation that is designed around the weeks theme.

Each table includes a few examples to spark ideas, but children are encouraged to follow their own imagination and create whatever inspires them.

Mini Makers is about creativity, confidence, curiosity and connection. Some weeks children may take home wonderful creations, while other weeks they'll spend their time experimenting, building, making discoveries or contributing to our giant collaborative artwork.

Because not every creative experience needs a finished product.

Sometimes the greatest masterpiece is the joy of creating itself.

Cost
$30 per child (includes one grown-up)
